In order to help schedule our delivery drivers in the most efficient manner possible, we ask that you call at least one day prior to needing a delivery. Below we have listed the delivery days for certain areas. If you live on the outskirts of a certain town, please call the office to make sure of the correct day of the week.

Our drivers are instructed to deliver #2 Fuel Oil to inside oil tanks and Kerosene to outside oil tanks. Even though an oil tank may be enclosed, if it is not in a basement or a heated building, it still has the potential to gel and freeze. If you own your property, you may sign a Waiver if you want #2 Fuel delivered to your outside tank. If you rent a property, then your landlord would need to sign the Waiver.
We offer a cash discount for payment of deliveries made within 5 business days. For deliveries paid after that timeframe, you will be charged a higher amount per gallon. If a one time delivery is made of 350 gallons or more, you will also receive a 5 cent per gallon discount.
Minimum deliveries of 100 gallons are requested. If you are in need of a delivery less than 100 gallons there will be a $20.00 delivery charge assessed. If you may need a same day delivery on a day we are normally scheduled for your area and are unable to wait until the next time we are coming through, there will be a $40.00 same day delivery charge assessed. Since we delivery to certain areas on certain days, if requesting a delivery be made on an Off Route day and we need to pull our trucks off their normal route for the day there will be a minimum of $125.00 off route fee assessed.
Our customers may choose to be on automatic delivery where we delivery based on your need and usage or they may choose to be on a will-call basis and call us for each delivery needed. The choice is yours.
Various payment methods are accepted such as cash, check, money orders, debit and credit cards or you can set up for EFT payments to come out of your checking or savings account.
