Founded in 1981 by Bob and Patti Shibley, our mission has been to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services that we demand ourselves.  It is from the hard work and dedication of our founders that created the framework, policies and company philosophy which has made the company what it is today. We live and work in this community:  our customers are our friends and neighbors.

The Shibley family has been serving the Madison area since 1933.  Because our business is personal, our staff is also family!  Bob and Patti have always been great stewards of the community.  They were committed to buy local to support those who support them and by supporting local chartable and children programs, which is a practice that is continued today.

Most of you all know me as “Rob” so as not to confuse me with my father “Bob”.  I am committed to honoring the hard work of my parents and the staff at Bob’s Cash Fuel.  At an early age, I would eat my morning breakfast to the sounds of the drivers grabbing the delivery routes from the kitchen table at our family home and witnessed the many company meetings held at that same table.  I witnessed the growth from one truck with my Dad behind the wheel with me in the passenger’s seat to the fleet we have today.  I’m committed to continue to build on the same company philosophies passed on to me by my parents at that young age and today.  My parents are not absent.  You may not see them in the office everyday but their teachings ring in my ear daily and they often check on how I am taking care of their “Baby”.  They are a support to me now as they have always been in the past.

The staff and I maintain an open door policy and welcome your comments and suggestions.  We are here to serve you, and are waiting to earn your business.

We maintain a state-of-the-art fueling/storage facility with the highest quality products, assuring you there will be no interruption in supply.

Our service department is comprised of the well trained and educated professionals that can handle the changing heating and cooling equipment environment that we see today.  This department is dedicated to installing and servicing units to meet all your heating and cooling needs as well as: air to air or ground source heat pumps or the newest efficient Oil, Propane or even Natural Gas appliances.

We strive to live by the golden rule.  Treat others as you want to be treated.
